Holiday Returns

Starting November 18, 2024, we’re extending our return window to help make your holiday shopping stress-free!

  • Returns can be made until January 13, 2025.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.

All other requirements for returns and store credit apply as per our standard policy.

Domestic Returns

    • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns.  We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
    • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping.
    • We will issue you a prepaid shipping return label.  The label cost will be deducted from your store credit.
    • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of when your package was received. 
    • Original Invoice must be included in your return package.  If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
    • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective.
    • Merchandise MUST have all original tags, including any Alicia DiMichele Boutique Tags, attached.
    • Store Credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.  Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
    • We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
    • All merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
    • All Event Tickets are FINAL SALE & Non-Refundable
    • Hair accessories, hats, candles, earrings, ear cuffs, bodysuits and intimates are FINAL SALE.
    • All footwear must be unworn and in original packaging.
    • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
    • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • Please allow 3 business days for return processing
    • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Giftcard with your store credit that you can use on the website minus the amount for the return shipping label.
    • ANY returns past the policy will NOT be accepted or store credited.
    • ALICIA DIMICHELE BOUTIQUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY MERCHANDISE THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE RETURN REQUIREMENTS. 
    • ANY MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT APPROVED FOR RETURN CAN BE SHIPPED BACK AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

    International Returns

    You must return your items to the address below within 21 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your Store Credit via E-Gift Card. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

      Store Credit

      • Store Credit can only be used online on our website or in store.
      • Store Credit will be issues in the form of a digital gift card and emailed to you.
      • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
      • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
      • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
      • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
      • Store credit never expires.
      • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
