Domestic Returns

  1. We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns.  We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
  2. The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping.
  3. We will issue you a prepaid shipping return label.  The label cost will be deducted from your store credit.
  4. RETURN POLICY: Returns must be made within 14 days of the date on the receipt. 
  5. Merchandise must have all original tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up, or food stains in order to be eligible for store credit. 
  6. If you believe that you have received a flawed or broken item, please contact us right away. Email us at with a photo of the flaw or break and your order number. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving the item we can only assume the damage is from wear. 
  7. Store Credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  8. All merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Hair accessories, Bitchstix, hats, earrings, bodysuits, candles, and matches are FINAL SALE
  9. Please allow 3 business days for return processing. Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift card with your store credit that you can use on the website minus the amount for the return shipping label.
  10. Any returns that are not processed through our return portal will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

International Returns:

You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your Store Credit via E-Gift Card. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

     Cancellation Policy | Can I cancel or change my order?

    Once your order is placed, orders can not be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout. We work hard to ship your order as soon as humanly possible. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.
